The MoPNG e-Seva is an online portal designed to answer any queries regarding petroleum and gas related service. With a number of consumer benefits, this portal makes it easier for customers to reach out to the government and have any grievances around petroleum, gas, pipeline, CNG, to be taken care of. An extension of the ‘Gas Leak Helpline – 1906’, this service enables consumers to addresany issues through social media itself.

With over 50 queries being sent out every day through Twitter, this portal provides a single point of conversation for every consumer. Responses are sent out in real-time, ensuring there is no further delay in grievance addressal.
